Treating TD

There are treatments available for low testosterone

How can testosterone deficiency be treated?

Along with lifestyle changes, such as healthy eating (for example reduced intake of processed foods such as cereals and desserts, and increased intake of vegetables and berries) and more regular exercise, there are several treatments available for low testosterone. But these need to be discussed with your doctor in order to find out which is best for you.

If testosterone therapy is right for you, your doctor will suggest suitable treatment options, ranging from short- and long-acting injections, to capsules and gels/creams.
